We would like to formally advise you of an upcoming adjustment to our trucking service rates. Due to the ongoing geopolitical crisis in the Middle East, global oil supply has been disrupted, resulting in volatility and sudden fluctuations in domestic fuel prices. As fuel is a major component of transportation costs, these changes have significantly affected our operational expenses.

In order to maintain our operational integrity and ensure the continued reliability and efficiency of our logistics services, we find it necessary to implement a floating fuel surcharge.

Effective 16 March 2026, our trucking rates will be adjusted based on the prevailing fuel price at the time of booking. At present, we are still finalizing the corresponding adjustments and are awaiting confirmation from our trucking partners regarding the applicable surcharge.

Once the final fuel surcharge adjustments have been confirmed, we will immediately provide the updated rate details.

This measure will allow us to respond appropriately to fuel price fluctuations while continuing to provide stable and dependable trucking services.
