URGENT NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
We regret to advise you that we recently experienced a security incident that poses a potential risk for certain corporate documents and personal information being compromised. The personal information subject to the security risk include names, addresses, phone numbers, SSS numbers, TINs, PhilHealth numbers, Pag-Ibig numbers, electronic signatures, government IDs, and company IDs of former and current employees, clients, and other concerned parties.
Nature of Security IncidentOn 2024 July 21, we discovered that one of our company's external hard drives was missing from our server room. The hard drive was used as storage of company files, including the personal information specified above.
Measures taken to Address the BreachUpon confirming the disappearance of the hard drive disk, we notified the National Privacy Commission while our investigation is still ongoing. We have introduced the following additional security measures: installation of CCTV cameras and biometrics systems to control access to our server room.
Measures taken to reduce the hard or negative consequences of the breachWe request our former employees, agents, clients, and other concerned parties to be vigilant and cautious of any unrecognized party or unsolicited communications or requests for additional personal information or refer you to a web page asking for personal data.
